Enrollment Terms for the Yes British Language Improvement Programs
These enrollment terms (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “the learner”) and Yes British, a sole proprietorship based in Bangalore, India, operating in accordance with the laws of the country. These Terms apply to the Yes British Language Improvement Programs (the “Programs”) offered by the Company, outlining the conditions of enrollment, payment, and participation.
Acceptance of Terms
By accepting these Terms or accessing the Programs in any manner, you consent, agree, and undertake to abide by and adhere to the Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not entitled to avail of/use the Programs, and any use thereafter shall be unauthorized.
Payment Methods and Course Fees
You may make payments for the Programs using bank transfer, credit/debit cards. Cash or cheque payments will not be accepted. The course fee and relevant details for each program are as follows:
Refunds
Refunds for the course fee are subject to specific conditions and timelines outlined in the refund window. Refund requests raised during the refund window will be processed within 30 days of approval. After the refund window, no refunds will be considered.
Transfer of Cohorts
The Company may allow a one-time transfer to a future cohort, subject to specific conditions. Learners must inform the Company at least 15 days before the planned start of the cohort for a successful transfer.
Miscellaneous
- Applicable Policies: Learners agree to be bound by all Company policies applicable to their participation in the Programs.
- Intellectual Property: Learners are granted a limited license to use program content and agree not to use it for commercial purposes or share access with third parties.
- Non-disparagement: Learners agree not to make disparaging remarks regarding the Company.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement, superseding all prior agreements between the learner and the Company.
- Amendments: The Company may change these Terms without prior notice, and continued participation implies acceptance of changes.
- Notices: All communications shall be in writing and sent to the designated addresses provided.
- Disputes: Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
- Confidentiality: Learners shall sign a Confidentiality Agreement obligating them to keep program-related information confidential.
- Recordings: Classes may be recorded for educational and marketing purposes, and learners consent to the use of their likeness and voice.
- Scheduling Changes: The Company may reschedule sessions, and learners acknowledge the possibility of unforeseen changes.
- Technical Requirements: Learners must meet specific technical requirements for effective program participation.
- Data Privacy: By accepting these Terms, learners consent to the processing of personal data by the Company.
Conclusion
These Terms and Conditions are binding upon acceptance, and any violation may result in ejection from the program without a refund. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms, and learners are encouraged to review them regularly.
By making a payment or registering for any of Yes British’s courses, you are deemed to automatically and implicitly agree to these terms and conditions.
